This firsthand knowledge of the market proved invaluable as he transitioned into a sales representative role, successfully representing various manufacturers. Kam Frisbee
Distribution Sales Manager
Kam is a driven sales professional with a strong foundation in the automotive aftermarket. His passion for car audio ignited at the young age of 15, when he began learning the trade by assisting at a local shop. Following his service in the Army, Kam returned to the industry in 2011, joining the same shop as a full-time installer. Demonstrating dedication and a strong work ethic, he quickly progressed within the company, eventually assuming the role of Store Manager. In 2021, Kam embraced a new challenge, joining Metra Electronics as a West Coast Sales Representative. Building on his extensive industry knowledge and proven sales skills, Kam joined the Falcon Sales & Marketing team in 2024 as the Distribution Sales Manager, where he now uses his expertise to drive growth and success within the company.

Scott "ChApo" is a highly experienced and respected figure in the Pacific Northwest automotive and home audio industry. With over 48 years of dedicated service, he has represented numerous leading manufacturers, building strong relationships with dealers and distributors throughout the region. His in-depth knowledge extends beyond the sales floor, encompassing 12 years of valuable retail experience. A true industry veteran, Scott has been actively involved with the International Auto Sound Challenge Association (IASCA) since its inception and has served as a judge at an impressive 9 National and World Finals events, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to the competitive car audio scene.

Jorge is a seasoned sales professional with over 35 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry. He began his career in 1986 as a Regional Sales Representative for Phoenix Gold, where he successfully cultivated customer relationships and drove sales growth for nearly 25 years. In 2009, he transitioned to AAMP of America, continuing to excel in sales and account management. Following a brief hiatus, he rejoined the industry in 2018 with Instrument Sales and Service, further solidifying his expertise. Currently, Jorge thrives as a Territory Sales Manager for Direct Accounts at Falcon Sales & Marketing, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge to build strong partnerships and achieve sales targets.
